I would like to know now Mathematica changed from 13 to 13.0.1.
Any Wolfram links that would tell us?

Changes in V. 13.0.1 include

bug fixes, feature enhancements and performance improvements, including a security update for log4j.

I’ve been wondering about this myself, and unless I’m missing something, that link doesn’t provide any more detail than what is in your quote. Enhancements of what features? Fixes of which bugs?

Perhaps Wolfram doesn’t provide this level of detail for x.0.1 releases.
