PacletInstall can't install Paclets on server

For example
Input

PacletInstall["Wolfram/GitLink"]

Output

PacletInstall::notavail: No paclet named Wolfram/GitLink is available for download from any currently enabled paclet sites.

and my PacletSites[] are:

{PacletSiteObject[<|"URL" -> "https://pacletserver.wolfram.com", 
   "Name" -> "Wolfram Research Paclet Server", "Local" -> False, 
   "Type" -> "Server"|>], 
 PacletSiteObject[<|"URL" -> 
    "https://resources.wolframcloud.com/PacletRepository/pacletsite", 
   "Name" -> "Wolfram Paclet Repository", "Local" -> False, 
   "Type" -> "Server"|>]}

It works fine for me.

Try again after evaluating this

PacletSiteUpdate[PacletSites[]]

What version of Mathematica are you running? GitLink is only supported on V13 and higher as mentioned in the documentation

I am still use version 12.2, Thanks for pointing out it depends on the new version

You may be able to use the older version from here. It says it supports V11.1 and later.
