Permanently Reset Working Directory?

I would like to set the destination folder for Export to a different folder. Globally across all notebooks, and such that it doesn’t reset when I close/ reopen Mathematica.
SetDirectory[] works, but only for the current session.

Couldn’t find a solution in Option Inspector. Thoughts? Thanks!

You can simply put your SetDirectory[] command into the following file: FileNameJoin[{$UserBaseDirectory, "Kernel", "init.m"}] (information about the file).
