There are some missing brackets.

g = Exp[-6*t]*((Subscript[c, 1]*Cos[Subscript[k, 1]*t]) + (Subscript[c, 2]*
      Sin[Subscript[k, 1]*t]))

Plot[g, {t, 0, 1}, PlotRange -> All]
