I’ve got a problem with re-validation of the activation key. In my Wolfram profile, the license expiration is 24-OCT-2014. I got an email which says to click the link below to extend my license. But there is no link. I wrote an email to Mathematica support, but they sent me the same email. What can I do?
Probably best to send support another email pointing out that the link did not show up 
You should directly contact info@wolfram.com or call 1-800-WOLFRAM and navigate to customer support Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm central.
