Problems with Wolfram Alpha for Android: Network error

Dear all,

one hour ago I bought Wolfram Alpha for my Android Smartphone. Two mathematical functions I solved with it, but now I get all the time the answer “Network Error”. So I cannot use Wofram Alpha anymore to see - step by step - how to get the integral function.
What could be the reason for my problem? How can I solve it?
I would be very kind, if somebody could help me somehow.

To anyone still plagued by this issue, try disabling your VPN service and then try using Wolfram Alpha. It worked for me
