How do I save changes to a model in Wolfram SystemModeler 12.0? SystemModeler saves my initial model but File | Save does not not save any changes or edits. No error messages - changes just go away into the ether.
Try right clicking on your package (or the model, if it is not in a package) and chose save.

Is your model located inside a package? If so, there’s a chance that the contents of your package(s) and class(es) are saved in multiple folders and files. Changes to a single class usually only affects one of those files, and the others are unchanged when saving the packages/classes.
