Currently I have a Palette with a Column of ActionMenus, wrapped in a MenuView, using Tooltip wrapped around the ActionMenu title all inside a DynamicModule.
The Tooltips work fine as a notebook cell object but once made into a Palette the Tooltips fail to show or only once in while. Found others have similar problem with Tooltips for graphics of data but not seen one for gui controls.
So, want to study how others might do this to learn better.
