Setting the font and style of Placeholder in a string thats boxes

Currently the default style of Placeholder is Italic and tiny text size.
I know I can do the code below, which does what I want:

“!\*TagBox[FrameBox[StyleBox[\"\\\""<>"andrew"<>"\\\"\",FontSize->12,FontWeight->Plain,FontSlant->Plain,StripOnInput->False]],\"Placeholder\"]”

However, its still grey text which is often hard to read, But when I try this:

“!\*TagBox[FrameBox[StyleBox[\"\\\""<>"hello"<>"\\\"\",FontSize->12,FontWeight->Plain,FontSlant->Plain,FontColor->GreyLevel[0],StripOnInput->False]],\"Placeholder\"]”

I get an error msg:

The specified setting for the option FontColor cannot be used.

How do I set correctly the fontcolor to Black or a much darker Grey?

Thanks for helping.

FontColor->0 did the trick, this is not documented; tried it to see if it worked.

Magnification->1.65 works too and better.
