Is there an UPGMA (perhaps with WPGMA) implementation for Mathematica?

If not, perhaps someone can recommend an implementation that runs on Windows 10+ ?

It appears this is achieved with Dendrogram by specifying “Average” for ClusterDissimilarityFunction.
