Strange pop-up during start-up

Dear All,

Please can you help. At startup I get a strange pop-up and affect all my files. Does anyone know how to remove it?

Version 12.0 - Windows 7 - 64Bit

Dear All,

Another strange situation, when I go to Format ->Font the number of points is now 200 default. How can I reset to Courier New => Standard => 12 ?

Problem found.

Error in “Format” → “Option Inspector” → “Global Preferences” → “FontSize” Default.

Item closed.
