Testing VectorQ with condition NumberQ

How can I test whether the argument of the function is a vector with numbers as members? I know f[x_?VectorQ] but it won’t test whether members are numbers, VectorQ[list, NumericQ] does, but how to put it into brackets?

_?NumberQ for list arguments

Yesterday I wanted to run NMinimize on a numeric function with 21 arguments and didn't want to put _?NumberQ after each argument. I decided it was time to figure out an equivalent approach for list arguments, since the documentation doesn't tell how to do that (as far as I know).
