Update neural network package in Mathematica?

When running Predict with the method being NeuralNetwork, Mathematica starts an update procedure that attempts to update the neural network package. However, the installation failed while encountering the following errors:

PacletManager`CreatePaclet::badppi: The paclet     
C:\Users\Jerry\AppData\Roaming\WolframDesktop\Paclets\Temporary\MXNetLink2- 
12.0.25696873.paclet does not have a properly formatted PacletInfo.m or PacletInfo.wl file. You 
 can use the VerifyPaclet function to get more detailed information about the error.

PacletManager`PacletInstall::instl: An error occurred installing paclet from file 
C:\Users\Jerry\AppData\Roaming\WolframDesktop\Paclets\Temporary\MXNetLink2- 
12.0.25696873.paclet: Not a valid paclet.

Can anyone make sense of what’s going on?
