Use CUDA on a gtx1070 and Mathematica 12?

I tried both instructions on my PC

Needs["CUDALink`"]
CUDAQ[]

The last instruction doesn’t return anything
Does this mean latest Mathematica 12 doesn’t support GTX 1070 video card ?

I also tried and dowloaded from CUDA Resources
CUDA Paclet CUDA Toolkit Mathematica 12.0.0 Files

and executed bellow … but no success
