I recently switched from a Mathematica subscription to Wolfram|One as it was a couple bucks cheaper. Mathematica 12.1 released, and I excitedly entered my account to download the new version only to find out Wolfram Desktop still downloads 12.0.0
According to couple of sources (response in a different thread and support response to a similar question I asked them), they release Mathematica first and then other products in the next couple of weeks, so we should just wait.
