When reopen my mathematica file, all the content is converted to same type, making my file unusable

When reopen my mathematica file, all the content is converted to same style, making my file unusable.

After I change the styles to those they should be, and reopen the file again, the same thing happens again, wasting my time.

I obtain something of this sort if I save a notebook as plain text.
