Where can Function Navigator be found in MMA 10 Help?

The help in MMA 9 had convinient links to both Virtual Book and Function Navigator:

In MMA 10, Virtual Book can be accessed by typing it into the Documentation search field:

But searching for Function Navigator does not return the Navigator as such. How can it be accessed?

It was removed. There are workarounds shown here:

Thanks, but the “workarounds” does not really work.
I found the Function Navigator to be useful, practically. A pity its gone.

It looks like the Virtual Book is still out there…
