Why does Hash not support SHA-3 and the Shake Functions?

Why does the Mathematica command [Hash] (Hash—Wolfram Documentation) not support the SHA-3 and Shake Functions?

For example, see the instances of these at Wiki SHA-3.

If they are not currently supported, is there a notebook or implementation available?
