One of my students has just bought an student edition of Mathematica. We frequently generate FMUs for their use in other system analysis tools such as Matlab. In Mac iOS we do it with no troubles but fail to get it in windows.
The documentation shows this example.
I just tried running the example on Windows 11 with Mathematica 13 and it worked on my machine. I don’t normally use the SystemModeler functionality, but I noticed that it installed several Paclets when it ran. Maybe a PacletUpdate or Install could help?
Since the HelloWorld model didn’t build, there is a good chance that the compiler setup is broken.
Please check if the compiler is installed correctly by referring to these guides:
We have installed Windows 11 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 (including the free Visual C++ Build Tools edition). The installation ended well but the problem persists.
We do not have an idea of what to do next.
The only think we can add is that we do not have the standalone version of SystemModeler in that machine. Could this be a problem? We do have the trial version which is ended very soon.
