Question to presenter and/or others regarding video

Interesting in understanding how would you theoretically go about predicting the outcome of a rock, paper,scissors toss before it happens (v. just recognising the outcome as in the video example). I understand it is not a simple problem but would be very interesting to see how you would approach it using Wolfram and what built in tools would be helpful in the various components.
