Ali is a fourth-year Mathematics and Computer Science student at the University of Toronto, supervised by Professor Shubhangi Saraf and Professor Allan Borodin. His academic interests are centered on computational complexity theory and algorithms. He is also interested in the interplay between complexity theory and other fields of mathematics, such as topology and abstract algebra.
