I was born in Ukraine and grew up there. After finishing my master’s in Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, I moved to Germany, where I worked on my PhD project. My scientific interests are in different branches of physics. At the moment, I am concentrated mainly on studying various magnetic solitons – skyrmions and hopfions.
