A single prismatic constraint is enough to force the whole system to remain horizontal, see the model attached. Due to the nature of the constraint, this will be the case even if the springs/dampers are set with different parameter values. You can...
Hi, this is Vedat from Wolfram MathCore. Navigating multibody dynamics and orientations is indeed a complex task, one that we often encounter in our field. Your equations hint at the employment of a state matrix, **$dynState.set1.s[x,y],** which is...

Sorry for the late response, but thanks Henrik, I could solve the problem with your answer.
I was not able to reproduce the error. You can try changing the Modelica library version in System Modeler by Right-clicking on the Modelica library -> Version -> 4.0.0 Let me know if this does not solve your problem.
They use the default System Modeler solver which is DASSL, so an implicit, variable order, variabel step size solver. Otto
Good to hear. Even though the update fixed your problem, this report helped us identify a corner case problem that will be fixed in the next version. Thanks!
You're welcome. In my `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\MicrosoftSDKs\Windows\v10.0` the version is 10.0.19041. I don't understand why is not 10.0.22000.0 version. Also, the 10.0.19041 folder have more and different stuff than...
Could you try to remove parts until you have a minimal example that exhibits the problem, might make it easier to reason about it. What arguments are you passing to `fmi2SetupExperiemnt`? You could also try to turn on logging in the FMU for...
> Got it, but are the "step" and "stepTrigger" variables that appear in modelica code of the imported FMU created by SM at the time it opens or are they in some "hidden place" in the FMU? I'm asking because I'm developing an application where I...
