I just downloaded a more recent version, 0.7.0, of M1 WLJS Notebook.app under macOS Sonoma (14.3). When I try to open it, I get an error message from the OS that it is damaged and cannot be opened. How to fix?

Presumably such throttling does not occur with the M1 MacBook Pro, which has a fan rather than just the Air's passive cooling.
Not sure what I did wrong here, but the linked "Related" solution *does* fix the issue.
Of course one must be sure that licensing terms allow use of the Wolfram Engine that way on a web server.
How does one dowload a copy of the notebook, so that it will be available directly to a local installation of Mathematica (and xAct). I don't see any download link.
Is there not a difference in what cloud computing resource quantities each of the two products allows?
