At least `NIntegrate` has `Exclusions` option, works like this: NIntegrate[1/Sqrt[Sin[x^2 + y]], {x, -2, 4}, {y, -2, 4}, Exclusions -> (Sin[x^2 + y] == 0)] (* 30.4933 - 29.9073 I *)
