Thank you Szabolcs. Of course you are right. With Math 11.0 or later the documentation of BIOKMOD (a few notebooks) need be opened by user directely. My recomendation is that the user have in a folder o subdirectory these notebooks. I will correct the file readme to clarify this point. The packages are compatible with version 11.
On the other hand, the main functions of BIOKMOD can be run using BIOKMODWEB developed using webMathematica, so Mathematica is not requiered it can be run directely using a browser.
Perhaps you can tell me some recomendation to adapt the domentation help to the present style.
