Robert E. Dinnebier is professor of crystallography at the universities of Stuttgart and Tübingen and group leader at the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research, Stuttgart, Germany. His research focuses on development and application of powder diffraction methods with >400 peer-reviewed publications (h-index 53). He received the EPDIC prize in 2007 and the Will-Kleber memorial coin in 2021.
