Russell is an undergraduate Mathematics student at Caltech. His interests in math lie in algebra, geometry, and topology. In 2022, he explored the effects of elemental substitution on cuprous oxide with the Lewis Group at Caltech. In 2023, he explored generalized Collatz functions at WSS23 and leveraged multiple EMIT overflights with the Imaging Spectroscopy group at NASA JPL. Russell is also an avid math tutor and puzzle solver.
