I am a Surgical Specialist Registrar in the National Health Service (NHS) of the United Kingdom and a Fellow at the Hellenic Complex Systems Laboratory in Greece. I earned my medical degree from the University of Crete, Greece, in 2017. Subsequently, I have completed Postgraduate Certificates in both Surgery and Medical Education in the United Kingdom. In 2022, I was inducted as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. My research endeavors focus on the development of educational tools aimed at enhancing the comprehension of complex concepts by medical students. My primary research interests lie in the fields of epidemiology and diagnostic accuracy.
