I am a multidisciplinary researcher specializing in computational modeling and data science. My work bridges fields such as applied/medical physics, the modeling of biological systems, and bioinformatics, with a focus on integrating single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and other omics data. By combining diverse techniques—including unsupervised machine learning methods like dimensionality reduction and clustering, exploring the possibilities of supervised machine learning approaches, and statistical analysis to test hypotheses—I analyze complex systems, uncover patterns, and develop scalable, efficient solutions.
In addition, I apply network theory and (stochastic) dynamic modeling to study the behavior of biological systems over time, offering deeper insights into their stability, multistability, and transitions between states. This interdisciplinary foundation enables me to tackle challenges with a systematic approach: immersing myself in the problem, exploring possibilities, and implementing innovative strategies.
