Langlen is passionate about data science, political science, and giving meaning to data. She enjoys competitive programming, hiking, listening to music, and composing. At school, she serves as a moderator in the Student-Faculty Senate and as captain of the Girls' Varsity Swim Team. She enjoys sharing her coding skills with students and works as a teaching assistant at her high school and as a part-time teacher at a coding school. She has worked with kids aged 5-14 on topics ranging from Python to Unity. Her interest in data analysis began in middle school after reading "Invisible Women: Exposing Data Bias in a World Designed for Men", which remains her favorite book. In her free time, she enjoys learning new songs on the piano and reviewing films on Letterboxd.
