Hey! I'm Hao. I'm passionate about using computational tools to model and analyze complex social structures, which is why I'm excited about the Wolfram Summer Research Program. My interests lie at the intersection of sociology, simulation, and data analysis, and I've explored these through diverse experiences. At school, I primarily participate in percussion, robotics, and science fairs, but I've also explored policy debate, advocacy for public education, podcasting, and various small initiatives. My free time is usually spent reading, practicing, or working on small projects for my personal amusement. I love reading, especially books that offer new perspectives on society, technology, and culture. Recently, I've enjoyed The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt, Happy City by Charles Montgomery, Go Back to Where You Came From by Wajahat Ali, and Hold the Line by Michael Fanone.
