My professional interests are in the fields of educational program evaluation using rigorous quantitative and qualitative methodologies; metaevaluation and critical evaluation of research shaping public policy in education, and the professionalization of teaching. I have 19 years of professional experience in the educational sector. During that time, I have worked in a variety of roles including research, leadership, management, strategic planning, evaluation, development and follow-up of projects in education in mostly all of its levels (early childhood to higher) and most academic subjects, in a variety of settings (schools, universities, and NGOs).
