User Portlet

Hi there! I am a researcher active in the field of geophysics. My focus is core dynamics and geomagnetism. I mainly deal with geophysical fluid dynamics, magneto hydrodynamics and numerical simulations of thermal convection in the presence of magnetic fields and rapid rotation.

I started to use Mathematica and I think it's a great tool, although sometimes I struggle a bit to have it do what I want. But I guess that doesn't make me any special.
