I have a solution by graphical method to Hamiltonian contours and their isoclines. The variables are state functions and I have their algebraic relationships. I spoke to a person who uses Mathematica to plug all this into a template and then lets the program find the correct PDE. Can someone advise me on what I should be using for this?
