Use CDFDeploy from Windows Scheduler?

Hello,

I have a Mathematica script (a .m file) that invokes CDFDeploy command, on a Windows 2012 Server machine. When I run it manually, the CDF file gets generated. However, when I run through Window's Task Scheduler, the code gets executed, but the actual CDF file is not generated. I was wondering if someone else had same issue? I have tried 

UsingFrontEnd[CDFDeploy]

too, with no positive results.
