What are the files CDFPlayer_9.0.1_WIN & MathematicPlayer_7.0.1_WIN?

I am in the midst of redoing my system, and I have come across these 2 files.  Does one of these files supersede the other?  Should I install both?  Thanks

CDFPlayer_9.0.1_WIN  supercedes MathematicPlayer_7.0.1_WIN, both in recency and features.
