Does the Language of TextRecognize support Korean?
TextRecognize[IMAGE, Language -> "Korean"]
or
TextRecognize[IMAGE, Language -> "Korea"]
The result is 'TextRecognize::langinv: Language file for Korean could not be found. >>'

You can find more about TextRecognize in the
Documentation Center page for the function
.
Under more "Details and Options" it lists the langauges it can handle. Currently, TextRecognize doesn't handle Hangul or other Asian characters.
