Has anyone successfully configured Mathematica 11.3 with Raspberry Pi using the Remote Development Kit?

When I configure the Kernel with the standard set of Kernel configuration options, then I get an error message stating the following: LinkConnect::linkc: -- Message text not found -- ( LinkObject[34735@192.168.0.184,36975@192.168.0.184, 3, 1])

The basic connectivity between the host and the Raspberry Pi is working correctly even with a password-less SSH between them getting successfully logged in. The Kernel configuration parameter options are as follows: Advanced Options for the Kernel are: -LinkMode Listen -LinkProtocol TCPIP -LinkOptions MLDontInteract Shell Command used to launch for the kernel are: java -jar mathssh pi@192.168.0.184 sudo wolfram -wstp -LinkMode Connect -LinkProtocol TCPIP -LinkName "linkname" -LinkHost 192.168.0.184

If there is anything obvious error in the configuration that is resulting in the above error message, please let know.
