Execute a nb file using Workbench in Eclipse (Ubuntu 16.04)?

Hi my all fri, I am new to workbench in eclipse. I cannot execute nb file.I am using ubuntu 16.04. My eclipse version is 2018-12 (4.10.0). What my error is? I have tried preference setting. Thanks for your time.This is my error figure.
