Attempting to load this network brings a series of errors, stating that the resource manager has to be updated to Version 12.0.8. It says the update will occur and then I can start a new session. After the update finishes and I exit and start a new session, there's another little update and then the resource manager shuts down. Network resource functions return unevaluated, even in another new session.

The only thing that seems to work is to leave Mathematica and manually delete the Paclets directory. The next time Mathematica starts, the resource manager is rebuilt. But then it's the Version 12.0.0 that I started with. And I can't even keep the network I just loaded, because this version thinks the cached file is invalid.
