Neat, thanks for sharing! You might be interested in checking out some of Philip Maymin's work in the area as well, he's a influential Mathematica user who has done a lot of research in the same area:

As a question, where did you get your data? Did you scrape it, pay for it, or is there a source that provides basic basketball statistics in an easily consumable manner that you're aware of?

Thank you! I checked it out and his work is fascinating!

I get all my data from basketball-reference.com. It is all free. This data is very well structured and rich in statistics. This site also has statistics on many other sports as well in the pattern of sport-reference.com.

Thank you! Yes, this can be used in betting. Hopefully in the future I can predict 70%+ of NBA games.

I hope this can be extended for aoccer and various sports as well, it would be great! Anyways, this project is really amazing
