Please can you help. At startup I get a strange pop-up and affect all my files. Does anyone know how to remove it?

Problem found.
Error in "Format" -> "Option Inspector" -> "Global Preferences" -> "FontSize" Default.
Item closed.

Another strange situation, when I go to Format ->Font the number of points is now 200 default. How can I reset to Courier New => Standard => 12 ?
