Wolfram Language functionality on Raspberry Pi

Hi,
How do I find out which functionality of Mathematica is available (or not available) in the Wolfram Language implementation on Raspberry Pi? I tried to execute:
Speak["Hello"]
but it gave an error message to the effect that a front-end is required for this. On my desktop MMS, I don't see this producing any UI, so I assumed this should work in the Wolfram Language environment.

Regards,
Rangarajan
With the Mathematica Kernel on a desktop computer, you would not  see  a user interface open;  it would happen without opening a window.

If X-Windows is not running on your Raspberry Pi, then the things that the Mathematica Kernel needs
the Mathematica Front End for will not work.

Other suggestions about sound with Mathematica on the Raspberry Pi are at http://community.wolfram.com/groups/-/m/t/161434.
