In Matehamtica 12, running on MacOS, the FinancialData[] function is resulting in error. For example, if I type FinancialData["MSFT"], I get this error:

PacletInstall::dwnld: An error occurred downloading paclet FinancialDataSymbolsY3-12.0.1 from site http://pacletserver.wolfram.com: Network error. SOCKS4 reply has wrong version, version should be 4.

The function TradingChart["SP500"] results in this error:

TradingChart::notdate: {{2019,5,9,19,41,2.47039},{2019,8,9,19,41,2.471050}} is not a valid date range for FinancialData.

My computer is connected to the Internet. Does anyone else see this problem? Any proposed solution?
