Very often my notebooks contain many sections, so I thought about creating a URLDispatcher that would NotebookLocate a section by it's tag. I've played with the idea for hours and couldn't get it work (even locating a section upon open). My guess is that might not be currently possible. Another idea would be to strip notebook and just leave a section either having a desired name or tag, but I can't manipulate the notebooks before displaying them without braking things. Also, I'd like to avoid splitting the notebooks into sub-notebooks.

Can anyone give me a clue how to achieve this?
