I tried both instructions on my PC

The last instruction doesn't return anything Does this mean latest Mathematica 12 doesn't support GTX 1070 video card ?

I also tried and dowloaded from https://www.wolfram.com/CUDA/CUDAResources.html CUDA Paclet CUDA Toolkit Mathematica 12.0.0 Files

and executed bellow ... but no success
