Hello . I want to predict CO2 emission for Iran, with Gaussian process Model and ANN. but I have only 31 observation. so I decide to use panel data(28 province in 15 year=420 obs). I take 75%(320) train and 25%(100) test.I do not know how to report this 100 predictive value. If I forecast with best model, this forecasting values,Is for 1 special province(first province) or it is for whole of country
when I forecaste CO2(t+1), I do not know it is co2 emission from 1 province or I can report as Iran' co2 emission
