Import Fusion 360 (CAD) files into Graphics 3D?

Posted 4 years ago

I am currently working on making a gif using the graphics 3D function in Mathematica. I designed some things in Fusion 360 (a cad program) that I want to import into my design but I can't figure out how. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, JS

Have you looked at the documentation for STL import/export?

I have but I keep getting an error that says Mathematica cannot find the file. Do I need to set the directory before I import the file?

Yes, either use SetDirectory or use the full path to the file in Import.
