Get a simplified integral?

Posted 4 years ago

Hi, try to get an integral: Integrate[x^2*(x^3 - 1)^10, x] but the answer is long, just below have the option "simplify" and click, but looks that not work! what show mathematica

As you can see the answer is not simplified, also try without * between x ^ 2 and ( and try with esc intt esc but the same result get.

What option or maybe another function is needed to get something like this?:

Workaround:

 Integrate[x^2*(x^3 - 1)^m, x] /. m -> 10
 (* 1/33 (-1 + x^3)^11 *)
